Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Sr. Software Developer - ETL to lead enterprise data integration initiatives using Microsoft D365, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory in downtown Toronto.

Hybrid work (2-3 days in-office) is offered. The role emphasizes hands-on ETL design, integration patterns, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise data integration and ETL development.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations) experience.
• Proven ability to work across SQL Server, Azure SQL, ADLS, and Synapse.
• Experience with middleware, integration platforms, and APIs for connecting D365 (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, API Management).
