Job summary

Alpha & Omega Painting / Renovations in Coquitlam is seeking a Senior Estimator to own the quoting process on-site, price accurately, and communicate decisively with clients. This role connects directly with the owner to ensure margins are protected and projects are priced right the first time.

The team operates as a ~$4M painting and renovation firm, delivering residential, strata, and light renovation projects with real clients and real needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years estimating (painting / reno / related trade or GC).
• Heavy on-site quoting experience.
• Clear handoffs to PMs so jobs get built as sold.
• Judgment to protect margin before the quote goes out.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting process end-to-end with accuracy and decisiveness.
• Quote jobs on-site based on actual conditions.
• Talk to customers professionally to close scope and pricing.
• Provide clear handoffs to project management to ensure sold scope is built.
