Qualifications

• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with construction estimating software.

• ASTTBC or EGBC registration is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Project.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specs to produce accurate quantity takeoffs.
• Develop project schedules and construction methodologies.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Operations to deliver bids.
• Understand and apply heavy civil contract models.
• Review contract terms with precision.
• Lead independent tasks and adapt to changing environments.
