Job summary

Banque Nationale du Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial and Estate Planning in Montreal. The role focuses on acting as a specialist in financial and estate planning support within the Wealth Management team, driving high-quality analysis, file coordination and information management to enhance client experiences.

You will collaborate with Investment Advisors, planners and other stakeholders, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging training resources to

Qualifications

• Hold a degree or diploma in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• CFP® or F.Pl. designation, or progress toward it, is an asset.
• Paralegal training or related experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of wealth management practices and financial planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and estate planning requests from Investment Advisors for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate collection, validation and follow-up of information for client planning files.
• Prepare financial data, documentation and materials for the planning expert team.
• Support administrative and operational activities including CRM-related tasks.
• Collaborate with advisors, planners, specialists and stakeholders to ensure a seamless planning experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and team practices.
