Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in estate litigation.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Paralegal program.
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency with Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Review and organize file materials.
  • Prepare initial pleadings including Responses, List of Documents, Application material and Affidavits.
  • Draft and maintain file information summaries and chronologies.
  • Analyze wills, trusts, financial statements, and other key documents.
  • Track deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Assist lawyers with discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.
