Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR), with expertise in Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Tier 3 employee relations cases, conducting investigations and assessments.
  • Provide expert guidance for Tier 1 and Tier 2 queries.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors on ER reporting and compliance.
  • Offer coaching and support to people managers.
  • Conduct employee investigations and issue termination documents.
  • Improve ER processes for consistency.
