What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Administer the company’s equity plans, including processing grants and conducting audits
  • Manage the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and assist with the Deferred Compensation Plan
  • Conduct equity analyses and model data for reporting purposes
  • Interact with third‑party equity administration vendors and support equity participant communications

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 4+ years of Stock Plan Administration experience and ESPP in a global company or equity service provider
  • 2-4+ years of relevant analytical experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including v‑lookups and pivot tables
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience administering complex equity compensation plans for publicly traded companies
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
