Your Impact
  • Lead project‑focused teams delivering contaminated sites solutions across BC and YT
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
  • Conduct investigations and remediation on complex sites, including multi‑disciplinary construction projects
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource coordination
  • Oversee proposal development and high‑quality deliverables for site assessments, remediation planning, and monitoring
  • Interpret market trends and steward opportunities into successful proposals
  • Mentor and coach team members in technical and career development
  • Champion health and safety across all project phases
  • Collaborate across disciplines to support integrated project deliveryContribute to other duties as needed
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Geological, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline with environmental focus)
  • 10–15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with emphasis on contaminated sites, brownfields redevelopment, and/or mine closure
  • Professional engineering designation in BC/YT, or eligibility/in‑progress status
  • CSAP designation is highly desired
  • Experience in contaminant hydrogeology is an asset
  • Proven project management skills including budgeting and scheduling
  • Extensive field experience and strong health and safety leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Deep understanding of BC environmental legislation and remediation methods
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
