Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Environmental Assessment Coordinator and Provincial Permitting Specialist to guide complex infrastructure and natural resource projects across Canada. Based in a Canadian office, you’ll lead regulatory strategies, manage environmental assessment and permitting across jurisdictions, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, biology, or environmental engineering.
• 4+ years in resource development or consulting.
• Experience with Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial processes.
• Wamiliarity with engaging Indigenous communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on regulatory requirements and approval pathways.
• Lead and coordinate environmental assessment and permitting efforts across jurisdictions.
• Build relationships with regulators, Indigenous communities, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support project managers with scope, budget, schedule, and quality control.
• Coordinate deliverables including technical reports, research, and engagement materials.
