Job summary

nesto is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large SaaS implementation programs for financial-institution partners, from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, operations, and external vendors, manage complex programs with ambiguity, and help build our delivery framework. This role is based in Canada with a preference for Ontario-based candidates and offers leadership exposure and strong growth in a fast-paced fintech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, including SaaS environments.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with ambiguity.
• Direct customer interaction and executive-level stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise client implementations from discovery to post-launch.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and define scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans using Jira/Confluence.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cross-stream dependencies; provide status updates.
