Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding our presence within existing accounts in the pharmaceutical, insurance, and other highly regulated sectors. Your expertise in building relationships and understanding the needs of technical buyers will be crucial. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Identify, target, engage, and win new Enterprise customers.
  2. Achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  3. Manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing contracts, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
  4. Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather market feedback and support sales activities.
  6. Work with Customer Success to onboard new customers, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
  7. Handle sales administration, forecasting, CRM, and account management.
