About the Role

Monitor and analyze production equipment performance to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.

Respond to unscheduled equipment downtime, performing timely troubleshooting and repairs.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.

Execute product conversion, equipment setup, and upgrade activities to support production needs.

Service and refurbish preventive maintenance components and spare parts offline.

Perform root cause analysis for yield or quality issues and implement corrective actions, including reporting and documentation.

Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment OEE, safety enhancement, and cost reduction.

Your Experience Includes

A Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma.

Experience or coursework in data mining, data analysis to support problem-solving and improvement projects.
