About the Role
  • Process Characterization & Troubleshooting: Identify and analyze key process input variables (KPIVs) affecting equipment performance. Map relationships between inputs and outputs (KPOVs) and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
  • Data Analytics & AI: Utilize data analytics, machine learning, and AI/GenAI tools for advanced troubleshooting and to drive operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement projects to improve equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, safety, and cost savings.
  • Lean Manufacturing & Safety: Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing programs. Support equipment safety initiatives and participate in audits (Customer, QMS, EHS).
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and embrace opportunities for ongoing learning and career development.

Your Experience Includes
