Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join the Engagement team in Toronto, shaping experiences across loyalty, referrals, discovery, cooking, and other engagement mechanics to deepen customer relationships and build lasting habits.

This AI-native role combines craft with experimentation, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Marketing, CRM, and Content Design to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end consumer experiences.
• Experience shaping loyalty, referrals, or engagement features.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX experiences across loyalty, rewards, referrals, discovery, cooking, and engagement mechanics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Marketing, CRM and Content Design to align opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive experimentation and validated learning through qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Work AI-natively to embed AI in discovery, synthesis, ideation, and prototyping workflows.
• Ensure design craft with reusable patterns and systems across engagement experiences.
