As the largest medical team integrated across a single agency, the Medical team uncovers scientific truth through our board expertise in science and regulatory medical strategy, medical communications, and value access and reimbursement. The Medical team assumes responsibility for understanding the clinical aspects in depth to discover unique offerings and believes in shaping the brand-building process early: forming the scientific narrative and the language included in the label, and identifying where the brand plays in the buying process.

They partner closely with clients to anticipate evolving needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable impact. This role requires balancing strategic leadership with operational oversight, guiding the internal team while working in concert with medical communications leadership to ensure long‑term business growth.
The Senior Engagement Director works in close conjunction with the project management team and other internal stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, on strategy, and in alignment with regulatory and healthcare compliance requirements.
