Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Experience managing complex ER cases in Canada and the U.S.
  • Deep knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on employee relations cases including workplace investigations.
  • Monitor ER case trends and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Legal and Audit to ensure alignment with employment legislation.
