A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator for a Vancouver Island electrical construction group. This dual-role focuses on both estimating and full-cycle project delivery for projects ranging from $1M to over $60M. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience, preferably with a Red Seal or Electrical Engineering background, and will manage various stages of project execution. Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in electrical project management or estimating.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, project risk, and cost control.
• Experience delivering institutional, commercial, or mixed-use residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery including estimating, scheduling, and execution.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Maintain proactive relationships with suppliers and consultants.
• Manage financials including billing, purchasing, and budget control.
• Conduct site visits and post-project reviews.
