The Senior Designer is responsible for leading and executing complex design tasks across multiple projects within the Electrical & Instrumentation or Power Systems teams. This includes developing detailed electrical drawings, instrumentation schematics, wiring diagrams, scopes of work, bills of materials, and capital cost estimates. This role ensures all designs meet applicable industry standards and project specifications, while maintaining high-quality documentation and supporting document control processes.
This position involves close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and field personnel. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, coordinating design reviews, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Designer is expected to manage time effectively across concurrent projects and support the successful delivery of engineering solutions in a dynamic industrial environment.
