Your role

• Design electrical systems for projects using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) or 3D modeling tools (e.g., CATIA) according to priorities set by the discipline lead.

• Prepare material lists, cable lists, and cable tray layouts.

• Ensure coordination with other disciplines.

• Conduct research with manufacturers as needed.

• Support project teams during document issuance.

• Ensure proper document management within the directories you use.

Abou you

• Minimum of 10 years of experience producing electrical drawings and material lists.

• Ability to link electrical schematics with physical layout drawings.

• Ability to interpret and produce plan views, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., CATIA or REVIT).

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

• Ability to manage CAD documents.

• Strong command of French, both spoken and written.

• Considered assets:

• • Knowledge of Logesdes (Hydro-Québec environment).

  • Familiarity with lighting software (e.g., AGI32).

  • Knowledge of electrical code.

  • Experience in the hydroelectric sector.

  • Functional knowledge of English.

• Proficiency in CATIA 3D modeling software will be highly valued.
