What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design and implement next-generation eDiscovery workflows using AI and predictive analytics
- Advise stakeholders on e-discovery techniques, technologies, and workflows
- Manage legal holds, including drafting, executing, and overseeing compliance
- Coordinate data collection efforts and ensure data privacy compliance
- Prepare document productions in accordance with established protocols and deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 5 years of litigation support and e-discovery project management experience
- Strong command of e-discovery/collection platforms and tools, including AI-powered solutions
- Solid understanding of litigation processes, ESI lifecycle, and legal hold protocols
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage large datasets
- Advanced legal/technical degree preferred, along with E-Discovery Certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated experience with AI-powered solutions in a legal context
- Familiarity with advanced functions of e-discovery platforms such as RelativityOne, Purview, and Exterro
- Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
