The Senior Ecosystem Specialist champions a high-performance environment and participates with the development of a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their colleagues by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vision/values/business strategy and provides input into the day-to-day management of the CIBC Square Facilities Team. In this role, you will provide feedback in the creation of guidelines to govern the CIBC Square Ecosystems. Understand, prioritize and articulate challenges and successes of the Ecosystems and assist with solution development with the Sr. Manager, Workplace where necessary. You will Support Global Workplace Experience Strategy program and provide input to leadership and Facilities team about opportunities for reinforcing change program.
