Job summary

NLB Services in Toronto, ON, seeks a Senior Solution Designer - CRM to lead design of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions. You will translate business requirements in permitting, licensing, enforcement, and case management into enterprise CRM designs and create detailed functional and technical specifications.

This role focuses on assessing current-state processes, defining reusable capabilities across lines of business, and guiding configuration-first

Qualifications

7+ years of CRM solution design experience.
Experience designing enterprise CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Strong business process modelling and requirements analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Solution Architect to develop solution options and recommend optimal Dynamics 365 solution approaches.
Analyze business requirements across permitting, licensing, compliance, enforcement, and case management programs and translate them into CRM designs.
Conduct current-state assessments of processes and CRM capabilities to identify opportunities for standardization and reuse.
Evaluate Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box capabilities before recommending custom configuration or development solutions.
Produce detailed design documents, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
