A growing EdTech company in Canada is seeking a Senior Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with school districts. In this permanent full-time role, the candidate will manage inbound leads, conduct outreach, and ensure customer success. This position requires 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, and strong communication skills. The role allows for remote work across Canada and includes some travel to the U.S.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success with B2B or education customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable engaging with district administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads from teachers, schools, districts, and distributors.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective districts to introduce the organization's solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
