Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, and/or transformational leadership.
  • Advanced level of English for advising senior executives and collaborating with partners.

As Senior Director, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience, you’ll be at the very heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and steering talent strategy: developing and deploying an integrated vision of talent and leadership development, performance, equity, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning.

  • Supporting cultural transformation to a learning organization: inspiring change, stimulating agility and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Advising HR managers and business partners: supporting strategic decision‑making on people and team development.

  • Managing and developing your team: mobilizing passionate professionals and managers and strengthening their expertise.

  • Ensuring consistency and impact: aligning programs and initiatives with organizational priorities, while measuring their concrete contributions to results.

  • Acting as a representative of the Talent and Culture function: providing influential leadership within strategic bodies and internal and external professional networks.
