Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

The Game Developer Experiences (GDX) organization, part of EA's Central Technology group, powers the foundational platforms, tools, and infrastructure that enables engineers, artists, designers, and creators across over 20 global studios to build world-class games. Game development operates at an extraordinary technical scale-requiring massive binary and 3D asset pipelines, multi-terabyte monolithic repositories, high-throughput global edge caching and sync architectures, distributed build and test farms, and seamless multi-engine workflows.

Our mission is to simplify game creation at scale, eliminate workflow friction, and empower developers to spend their time innovating for players rather than waiting on tools and infrastructure

As a Senior Director of Product Management in the Game Developer Experiences (GDX) team, you will lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering leaders across a product portfolio focused on accelerating how Electronic Arts builds games. You will report into the VP of Game Developer Experiences and will solve production bottlenecks and deliver capabilities that improve developer velocity, platform reliability, and AI-enabled workflows for over 20 global game studios.

  • Align leadership across Central Technology and Game Studios, advising VP-and C-level executives on portfolio trade-offs, technical dependencies, and multi-year R&D plans.
  • Direct the cross-company product strategy for AI-assisted game development, including coding assistants, AI-augmented content creation workflows, and evaluations of latest technologies.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, distributed systems, hybrid infrastructure, and high-throughput build and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience establishing metrics, evaluating platform unit economics and TCO, managing multi-million-dollar investment trade-offs, and guiding cost optimization at scale.
  • Experience aligning VP+ and C-level across matrixed engineering and studio organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
