Reporting to the Vice President, Canadian Operations, as Senior Director, Operations, you will lead a multidisciplinary production facility encompassing cultivation, processing, packaging, warehousing, and maintenance functions. You’ll shape the strategic direction of the site, strengthen its culture of safety and compliance, and optimize performance across operations.
