Job summary

Fitch Ratings’ Funds & Asset Management group in Toronto seeks a Senior Director to oversee global coverage and drive analytical leadership across NA, EMEA and APAC. The role supports development of methodologies, models and research while guiding a high-caliber team.

The position offers a hybrid work model with up to two remote days per week, and opportunities to grow leadership and technical capabilities in a rapidly evolving sector, within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in credit analysis, with exposure to funds or structured finance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects and teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Funds & Asset Management group across NA, EMEA and APAC.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members; manage key initiatives and research.
• Build senior relationships with investors, bankers and fund managers; represent Fitch at events.
