As a Senior Digital Transformation Product Manager, your passion for technology trends will inform your vision and strategies, and your ability to visualize paths for adoption will help you design the roadmap for Digital Products within STEMCELL. You will build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to gather and determine current and future requirements and work closely with the product delivery teams to ensure the product outcomes address the needs of the business and provide value. In addition to supporting program-level activities, you will also take the lead on independent initiatives designed to support our departmental and organizational goals.

Your success will leverage your strategic and analytical thinking, leadership, prioritization and interpersonal skills, and deep‑seeded desire to build more value for customers/end users and the overall business. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and strategic objectives, perform market and customer/end user research to fully understand challenges, business requirements, goals and strategic objectives
  • Define the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap, to meet current and future business objectives and outcomes, while driving a best in class customer/end‑user experience
  • Collaborates closely with product delivery, and technology teams to ensure product delivery outcomes align with the product vision, targeted business objectives, and will integrate seamlessly into our technology ecosystem
  • Continually monitor and refine the product features based on performance analytics and end‑user feedback, to provide regular feedback on demos and other reviewable features
  • Nurture and support the digital product management capability and maturity through ongoing communication, education, advocacy and leadership
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in digital project and product management and innovation
  • Experience in managing and facilitating complex consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles, lean and agile software delivery
  • Experience engaging, influencing and collaborating with a wide range of business stakeholders including executives, technical product designers and development teams
  • Experience working in a complex, interdisciplinary environment, ideally including life sciences or biotechnology industries

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$98,900.00 – $148,300.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job‑related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
