As a Senior Developer Support Engineer on the Builder Experience team, you are a hands-on technical problem solver passionate about helping the company’s customers, ISVs, GSIs, and partners seamlessly integrate our secure identity platform.
In this role, you will provide advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot sophisticated issues across the company SDKs, the company for AI Agents and protocols such as Cross App Access, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM recommending robust workarounds and best practices. You own the customer experience and will serve as a key advocate for our customers and partners to our product and engineering teams.
You bring a builder mindset and an AI forward approach spotting recurring patterns in customer issues or internal workflows and building solutions to address them.
Must be able to attend in person orientation at the Toronto office on the first Tuesday of employment. Must be able to come into the Toronto office 2 days a week.
Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:
$100,000—$150,000 CAD
