1Password is seeking a back-end leaning Senior Developer to join our Growth Team. You’ll focus on self-serve experiences, evolving systems, and rapid experimentation across our B2B products.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US, with compensation aligned to market norms for North America. You will shape the experimentation platform, lead design and implementation of growth experiments, and partner with product, design, and data teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development in production SaaS.
• Backend services in Go/Node.js/Ruby/Python.
• Experience with React/TypeScript in customer facing apps.
• Strong metrics, instrumentation and analytics experience.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.We are seeking a back-end leaning Senior Developer to join our Growth Team, focused on building net-new self-serve experiences, evolving the underlying systems and integrations that power Product Growth, and driving rapid experimentation and feedback loops across our expanding B2B product suites.How we’re using AI todayOur Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups.
