What that means day-to-day

Voice of Customer & Product Experience

  • Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and updates.
  • Incorporate motion and interactive elements for use in product marketing, testing, focus groups, and customer feedback.
  • Translate product requirements and customer insights into intuitive, engaging solutions.

Product Marketing Design

  • Develop newsletters, one-pagers, campaign visuals, enablement and launch materials.
  • Use motion graphics and animations to make communications more engaging.
  • Simplify complex product concepts into visuals that are easy to understand.
  • Leverage emerging design tools, including AI-driven solutions, to create work more efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Analytics Visualization & Storytelling

  • Create dashboards, infographics, and visual reports that turn complex analytics into clear insights.
  • Design visual frameworks that highlight performance trends for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Support competitive intelligence deliverables, such as battlecards and playbooks.

Executive & Strategic Presentations

  • Transform PowerPoint decks into polished, high impact presentations.
  • Use design, data visualization, and storytelling to make messages memorable.
  • Adapt presentations for customers, partners, leadership, and the board.

Brand & Design Excellence

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all deliverables.
  • Evolve design standards and templates to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Champion visual communication as a tool to clarify, persuade, and inspire.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
  • You’ve established yourself as the go-to creative partner across Product, Analytics, and Voice of Customer teams.
  • All major product launches, customer insight reports, and analytics dashboards are visually consistent, on brand, and compelling.
  • Executive presentations are visually stunning, strategically clear, and audience ready without last-minute redesigns.
  • Interactive prototypes and motion graphics are regularly used for testing and communication, improving stakeholder understanding.
  • Data visualizations and dashboards consistently highlight insights in a way that drives action.
  • You’ve introduced design efficiencies - templates, standards, and workflows that save time across the function.
  • You’ve experimented with, and embedded AI-powered design workflows that help the team work smarter, faster, and more creatively.
What you’ll need to be successful
  • 5 years of professional design experience in visual communications, product design, or related creative fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and interactive design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling-focused design, motion graphics, and data storytelling.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes and animated visuals for testing and presentations.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, visually compelling solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of design best practices for both digital and print deliverables.
  • Comfort with leveraging AI-based tools to enhance productivity and creative output.
