The Outside Plant Engineering team is a high-performing group of individuals who collectively make TELUS one of the leading telecommunications companies in Canada. The team is responsible for all Legacy Network Facility designs for the TELUS access network and is the gatekeeper of TELUS’s aerial and underground structures as well as the TELUS Copper and Fibre network within British Columbia.
As a Senior Design Specialist, you'll be a strategic leader and trusted advisor, working directly with your team manager to shape the future of our network infrastructure. You'll lead governance initiatives, mentor team members, and represent our team in high-level stakeholder discussions that drive TELUS's telecommunications excellence across BC.

Salary Range: $103,000-$155,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
