Senior Denture Technician (Bilingual – English / French)

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Denture Technician to lead advanced removable prosthetics work and mentor teammates. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English / French) and comfortable collaborating with clinicians and colleagues to deliver accurate, aesthetic, and durable outcomes across traditional and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex denture work: full / partial setups, full wax-ups, conversions, relines / repairs, and finishing.
  • Own quality at each step; perform in-process and final QC to reduce remakes.
  • Work across analog and digital workflows (model prep, design collaboration, 3D print / mill finishing).
  • Document precise case notes, photos, and timelines in lab software for smooth handoffs.
  • Partner with clinicians and internal teams to clarify prescriptions, materials, and delivery dates.
  • Coach junior technicians; share best practices and contribute to SOPs and continuous-improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ denture laboratory experience with strong manual dexterity and detail orientation.
  • Mastery of denture anatomy / occlusion and full-arch principles; digital experience is a strong asset.
  • Clear, professional communicator; bilingual English / French strongly preferred.
  • RDT designation (or eligibility) is an asset; comfort with CAD / CAM and 3D printing is preferred.
