Job summary

MicroDental Laboratories, a world-class, growing dental lab, seeks a Sr. Denture Lab Technician for the Essex Quantum Dental Lab in the Tecumseh and Windsor, ON area.

The role emphasizes denture design, implants, and digital workflows with opportunities for leadership growth. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in a dental lab, knowledge of removable prosthetics, CAD/CAM experience preferred, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of removable prosthetics including partials and relines.
• Experience with digital denture workflows and CAD/CAM preferred.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Denture partial and implant denture set-ups, waxing, finishing, and related work.
• Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment.
• Read prescriptions/specifications from clients and examine models to design the product.
• Communicate with clients to discuss case details, via phone or in person.
• Provide training to other technicians as needed to meet standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
