Senior Delivery Manager, Digital Employee Experiences

The Opportunity

The Senior Delivery Manager will partner with the Senior Director, Digital Experiences and Insight and their leadership team to develop, run, and scale key initiatives, processes, and operations across a distributed team. The Digital Experiences and Insight team optimizes digital experiences for people to do their best work by optimizing business workflows and connecting the enterprise with trusted data that drive strategic decisions. To delight customers Adobe must deliver highly available online services with self-service features – To enable this, the team must build and run innovative solutions to sophisticated business problems. Availability, Reliability, Performance and User Experience are all key differentiators in delivering services to customers from Adobe’s hybrid-cloud environment.

What you’ll do

  • Help drive the strategy developed by the leadership team. This includes developing OKRs and supervising key metrics.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including facilitating prioritization, preparing notes and presentations for external/internal meetings.
  • Support the organization’s leadership team, including running weekly leadership team meetings and monthly All-Hands, orchestrating annual and multi-year/strategic-planning, and driving business performance review to evaluate progress towards goals.
  • Evolve and lead operations for the global organization, including establishing standard methodologies, optimizing processes, and driving team synchronicity, engagement and efficiency
  • Be responsible for the Agile Framework and foundational scrum processes for continuous improvement throughout the organization including intake ownership, data-driven processes, cost effectiveness, organizational change processes, and delivery expectations to ensure a high-level of customer service ensuring platform satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on multi-functional initiatives, including alignment of resources to the stated vision and strategy, and ensuring clear and consistent roll-outs of programs and processes

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of shown experience in strategic operational roles, partnering directly with senior leaders
  • BA or BS degree in a related field; MBA, Management Consulting is a plus
  • Outstanding ability to program manage complex operations, and proactively design, implement, and lead change initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills
  • Meticulously detail-oriented, excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
  • Experience in Program and Project Management, Agile Framework and SCRUM Delivery.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,900 – $253,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $174,800 - $253,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
