Job summary

Lugsask is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a permanent, fully remote role. The company operates in fintech and is based out of Vancouver. The ideal candidate brings 3-5+ years in Data Science with R and the tidyverse, and excels at analyzing unstructured data within diverse data ecosystems.

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases will be essential to build scalable analytics platforms remotely for clients across geographies.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Engineering using R and the tidyverse.
• Strong analytical skills with unstructured data sets.

You Have:

• 3 - 5+ Years experience working in Data Engineering/Data Science utilizing R (purrr, tidyr, dplyr, tibble, & the tidyverse)
