The BMO team is seeking a Data Governance professional to lead policy design and implementation across the enterprise. You will develop, maintain and monitor governance policies, ensuring data is secure, private, accurate, available and usable.

You will drive governance by promoting best practices, aligning data strategy with business goals, and collaborating with multiple units to harmonize data across systems. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.
