Job summary

Konrad is a leading digital consultancy delivering innovative data solutions for global clients. We seek a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines, leveraging Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.

You will work with data analysts, scientists, and engineers to deliver secure and efficient data capabilities. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of data engineering experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and hands-on experience with Spark, Hadoop, Kafka.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency with Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools, cloud services, and storage solutions.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines and architectures.
• Implement solutions on Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Optimize data workflows for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and engineers to meet data needs.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform data modeling, ETL/ELT tasks, and data quality improvements.
• Identify innovative data solutions to enhance analytics capabilities.
