Job summary

BrainyYack in Ontario is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own the data foundation behind client work. You will design and build end-to-end data pipelines, integrations, and data models that feed AI and analytics products across multiple client projects in a fully remote, distributed team.

This role requires hands-on delivery, real-world production experience, and the ability to communicate trade-offs clearly with clients.

About the Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own the data foundation behind that work.

You'll design and build the pipelines, integrations, and data models that feed our clients' AI and analytics products - working across several client projects at once, taking data from messy source systems through to something reliable that drives real decisions and predictions.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has already done this in production not in theory. We care far more about what you've actually built and shipped.

You'll do well here if you:

• Have several years building and running production data pipelines and integrations, end to end;
• Own your work with little hand-holding, and can juggle more than one project at a time;
• Can speak directly with clients and explain technical trade-offs in plain language;
• Hold a high quality bar even under deadline pressure; and
