A leading Canadian technology company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer passionate about building innovative data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development and data engineering, working with technologies such as AWS and SQL. This role offers a hybrid work model, expecting local employees to work in the office at least twice a week. We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. This role is for someone who is passionate about building innovative data solutions and being exposed to new challenges and technologies while making an impact.
This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec. If you are local to one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto) then you will be expected to be in office twice per week on days of your choice. If you are not local to our hubs, then you may work remotely across Canada, but our offices are open to you if you would like to visit.
Our data engineering team is driven to deliver an incredible experience to our customers. As a Senior Data Engineer at Clio, you will build data pipelines and data warehouses from scratch, as well as make data sets accessible to our partner teams by writing great production code. We move quickly, work with new state of the art technologies, and are motivated by solving complex problems.
Compensation is one of the main components of Clio's Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture.
The full salary range for this role is $146,200 to $172,000 to $197,800 CAD. Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
