Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist in Toronto, Canada. The role supports Data Centre operations by ensuring service commitments are met and involves troubleshooting and maintaining server hardware. Candidates should have strong technical skills in asset management, server configuration, and network installation. Knowledge of working in a certified Tier IV Data Centre is essential. Hybrid work arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of working with and supporting multiple technical teams.
• Experience with V-Centre and VMware.
• Knowledge of building and supporting servers of various Windows versions and operating systems.
• Experienced in configuring and supporting network devices.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil mandated Data Centre service commitments.
• Engaging service providers to resolve issues.
• Guide and coordinate work by internal and external service providers.
• Maintain IT hardware infrastructure at Data Centres.
• Analyze and resolve hardware and server incidents.
