Job summary

Talent To Hire Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a major data migration, integration and BI initiative in the investment/wealth space.

You will combine investment/wealth data knowledge with advanced SQL and dashboard development to translate complex information into actionable insights. The role focuses on building dashboards, profiling data, mapping source-to-target data, and collaborating with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to ensure ETL/ELT success and data quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data/BI Analyst experience in investment/wealth data context.
• Hands-on experience with investment, asset management, portfolio or wealth data.
• Advanced SQL skills to independently write and analyze complex queries.
• Strong dashboard/visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, Sigma or similar.
• Experience with data migration, integration or data warehousing.
• Proficient in data profiling, mapping and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Build insightful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Sigma or similar BI tools.
• Write, analyze and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
• Investigate source systems, databases, reports and data structures.
• Reverse-engineer undocumented business rules and data logic.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping, profiling and reconciliation.
• Identify data-quality gaps and transformation requirements.
• Support large-scale data migration and integration.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders on ETL/ELT logic.
• Produce data dictionaries, mapping documents and gap analyses.
• Support data validation, testing and UAT.
