Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience writing requirements, test plans and scripts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures data is accurate, complete and fit for analyses through testing and controls.
• Develops and executes Enterprise Data Management policies and standards.
• Manages data related incidents and communicates resolutions.
• Develops controls and monitors breaches across the data platform.
• Partners with Business and Technology to drive requirements and resolutions.
• Ingests requirements, designs tests and validates post‑production.
• Educates tech partners on data flows and data lineage.
• Maintains reference data for Bank products from modernization initiatives.
