We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games.

Our Services team collaborates with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Meanwhile, our Original Games unit pushes our creative limits, with our signature IPs, including the iconic Dead by Daylight.

Join us and be a part of the future of interactive entertainment! At Behaviour Interactive, we believe in giving everyone a fair shot. We embrace a diverse and creative environment where everyone is celebrated. We value folks of all ages, sex, ethnicity, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, civil status, disability, or any other protected characteristics as per applicable law.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team on our famous IP Dead by Daylight. As a Senior Data Analyst at Behaviour, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of tracking tools used for performance and quality reporting of our game.

Your expertise in analyzing game data will be key to providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and elevate player experience. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow data analysts, to achieve our ambitious goals.

In this role you will:

  • Develop telemetry during game production to ensure that player behaviour can be analysed.
  • Identify, develop, and provide analytical answers to challenges faced by partners involved in game development.
  • Produce clear and concise output/outcome (dashboard reports and analyses) to meet the needs identified.
  • Promote knowledge and understanding of player behaviour at studio level through clear and well-documented analyses.
  • Establish strong working relationships with partners and colleagues built on trust and proximity.
  • Work with different teams to adapt approaches and tools to solve complex problems and find good balance between velocity, accuracy, and quality.
  • Have a positive attitude towards the accomplishment of your work.

What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in the field of analytics and ease to work with different statistical methods;
  • Excellent knowledge of how to use databases, particularly complicated data processing of large data sets with SQL and NoSQL;
  • Excellent data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau);
  • Autonomy and excellent organization skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience with AWS and/or Snowflake tools;

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. We are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
