About the role
The role involves leading data migration and analytics initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a roadmap to migrate data from disparate systems to a single unified platform.
- Work closely with CET, Quality team + business stakeholders to analyze and implement requirements into new data solution.
- Strategically identify and implement options for automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide analytics infrastructure and automate analyses and dashboards to scale actions and decisions with stakeholders.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the understanding and application of shared KPIs in supporting organizational objectives.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of databases and data sources to optimize data extraction and integration.
- Deliver complex data-driven projects independently and implement automated solutions to streamline data handling.
- Analyze and present data insights clearly and concisely, highlighting key trends and outliers to inform decision-making across the business.
- Foster collaboration and ensure alignment on analytical projects by sharing insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience as a data analyst.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and ethical judgment.
- Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and curiosity for continuous learning.
- Resilient and capable of performing under pressure, adapting to shifting requirements and complex data environments.
- Mastery of tools such as Power BI / Tableau, Excel, SQL & Python.
- Possession of knowledge around analytics and statistical tools is considered an asset.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
