Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar IT Security Analyst or Cybersecurity Role.
  • 3+ years of experience with DLP technologies.
  • Experience from Banking/Financial Institutions is preferred.
  • Experience in international regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and create/manage policies for data loss prevention.
  • Identify security issues and develop mitigation plans.
  • Participate in security compliance efforts.
  • Conduct data analysis to strengthen controls.

Skills

Experience in IT Security Analyst or Cybersecurity Role
Experience with DLP technologies
Monitoring or investigating DLP incidents
End user troubleshooting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with regex or Python scripting
Bilingual in Spanish
Banking/Financial Institutions experience
Experience in compliance frameworks
Vulnerability testing experience
Cloud Security experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
