Job summary

A leading semiconductor manufacturer in Alberta is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to ensure product quality in wafer fabrication. Responsibilities include monitoring processes, reviewing statistical data, and maintaining production job files. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of wafer fabrication experience in process engineering.
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems.
• Capability to perform normal/swing shifts or 12-hour rotating shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain process/SPC to ensure product quality.
• Review ESPC charts using SPACE and monitor qualified processes.
• Setup recipes/job files in all metrology tools and maintain them.
• Dispose of affected lots accordingly with minimal held time.
• Provide accurate pass-down of line issues and documentation.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the fab.
