Job summary

A global leader in transport and logistics is seeking a Customs Specialist in Niagara-on-the-Lake. In this role, you'll set up and release shipments, process complex customs shipments, and handle billing and logistics. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, CCS certification, and 5-10 years of customs brokerage experience, alongside strong English communication skills. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of freight forwarding and/or customs brokerage experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and release of assigned account shipments.
• Processing of highly complex shipments.
• Track and trace incoming shipments.
• Support other customs team members.
• Provide final accounting to CBSA for assigned accounts.
• Arrange for payments of invoices.
