Overview

Pay Rate: $20 - $23.59 per hour. Requires a bilingual individual (French/English). Remote work but must go in office to pick up equipment. Duration: 3 months.

Hours

Available to work 10:30 - 6:00; must be flexible and willing to start at 9:00 on some days if needed. Most days, work from 10:30 to 18:00, but must be able to cover the full 9:00 to 18:00 window when required.

Responsibilities
  • A seasoned support staff in Customer Service who works independently under moderate supervision for routine situations.
  • Conducts research to respond to more difficult customer inquiries and answers, documents and monitors call center interactions.

  • Experience in customer service and ability to work autonomously under moderate supervision.
Version française

Salaire: $20 - 23,59$

Poste à pourvoir: bilingue (français/anglais).

Disponible pour travailler de 10h30 à 18h, mais doit impérativement faire preuve de flexibilité et être disposé à commencer à 9h certains jours, au besoin. La plupart du temps, il travaillera de 10h30 à 18h, mais devra faire preuve de flexibilité pour travailler toute la plage horaire de 9h à 18h.

Télétravail, mais présence obligatoire au bureau pour récupérer le matériel.

Durée: 3 mois

Ce poste s’adresse à un membre expérimenté du personnel de soutien du service client, capable de travailler de manière autonome sous supervision modérée pour les situations courantes.

Il ou elle effectue des recherches pour répondre aux demandes les plus complexes des clients, documente et surveille les interactions avec le centre d’appels.
