You’ll build end-to-end customer marketing programs that accelerate product adoption, drive retention and expansion, and evangelize the product to the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer or growth marketing, preferably in software.
• Experience driving adoption, onboarding, and feature uptake.
• Ability to collaborate with product, sales and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end customer marketing programs to drive adoption and expansion.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and CS to remove friction points for customers.
• Measure impact, optimize campaigns, and report on growth metrics.
